We deeply value our leaders and we expect them to uphold the highest standards of professionalism at all times, be proactive ambassadors for Inspire Alpine® & role model our organisational values. The process to be accepted as a leader is:

1. Complete this Expression of Interest form below. Once you submit the form you'll be automatically redirected to a secure link to upload your documents via Dropbox.

2. Upload your documents securely to our Dropbox drive

The documents we require are:

• Copies of all outdoor qualifications held
• Your outdoor First Aid certificate
• Proof of Public Liability Insurance
• A one-page Outdoor CV

When uploading documents please use the following syntax:

'FirstName LastName DocumentName' e.g. Bob Jones ML Certificate.pdf. If you don't, we can't move your application forward.

3. You’ll be added to our staff email database to receive regular updates on events

4. We’ll review your information and validate your experience (unless we know you already). You may then be invited to shadow on one or more of our events or invited to act as a paid Assistant Leader

5. If you’re accepted into our Leader pool you’ll be asked to e-sign a short contract outlining our respective responsibilities that will cover all future events

6. You’ll then be invited to join our staff scheduling system Soon, where we schedule all of our UK events and allocate or invite staff qualified to deliver them

7. You’ll receive kit discount codes, including:

- Cotswold Outdoor - 15%
- Open Air - 15%
- Montane - 20%
- Water-to-Go - 20%
- Uphill Athlete - 25% discount on 12 Week Trekking Plan or 16 Week Big Mountain plan

You’ll also be offered staff pricing on our overseas trips.

8. When you work for us, we pay invoices as soon as we receive them (the same day in most cases) and if we receive excellent client feedback we often pay discretionary bonuses.
