Ricky speaks at over 100 school & business events every year to inspire audiences to raise their aspirations. Ricky grew up on a council estate and overcame adversity to complete the toughest race on earth and to reach the summit of Everest.

Why we exist

At Inspire Alpine® we dream of a world where all young people have the opportunity to succeed. Yet, there is clear evidence of a persistent gap in attainment between young people from the richest and poorest backgrounds, which has a direct impact on school-leaver destinations and future income levels. We exist to help close this attainment gap.
