If you chose to pay your balance by bank transfer you’ll receive bank details on your invoice along with your booking confirmation. Your balance must be cleared by 60 days prior to your trip departure.

If you chose to pay your balance by direct debit you’ll receive a secure link by email (along with your booking confirmation) to authorise us to take Direct Debit payments from you. Once you submit this, our direct debit payment provider ‘GoCardless’ will initiate the process for your bank to set up a new Direct Debit Instruction (mandate) on your bank account. Once active, we’ll then be able to charge your account according to a payment schedule that we will agree with you.
