As well as your leader (me), we'll be supported by local English-speaking guides. You will carry only what you need for each day's trekking in a small rucksack. Due to the relatively lower altitude it will only be necessary to take two days of acclimatisation. These days will be spent exploring the stunning Mountain by trekking to higher elevations before returning to the days start point.

All food on the mountain is provided, and we will eat in a communal tent where fresh food will be provided for us. Sufficient fresh water will be provided daily to ensure you stay hydrated.  On the mountain, I will carry an expedition first aid kit, a satellite phone and have two-way radio contact with all of our guides at all times. I will also carry a pulse-oximeter to monitor your oxygen levels regularly.
